Eaton Corporation Assembler in White City, Oregon

Eaton Hydraulics’ division is seeking a 1st shift Assembler to join our team. This position is based in our White city, OR facility.

The Assembler will assemble a wide variety of medium and small bore cylinders

  • You will float between cylinder assembly, shipping/packaging, stockroom, light machining, inspection, and other duties as assigned.

  • You will be responsible for inspection and quality of all parts.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.

  • Minimum of 6 months of mechanical experience is required

  • Must live within a 50 mile radius of work location; No relocation benefit provided for this position.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Position Criteria:

  • Ability to lift and maneuver heavy parts consistently throughout the day.

  • Ability to read and use blueprints.

  • Abilities in the use of micrometers, verniers, and various other measuring instruments

Preferred Qualifications:

1 year mechanical and/or industrial assembly experience
