Eaton Corporation Sheet Metal Supervisor in Wadeville, South Africa

· Planning of sheet metal functions that include punching, bending, welding and grinding

· Ability to proactively identify problems and provide adequate solutions

· Ensuring product manufactured is to quality specifications

· Facilitation of World Class Manufacturing tools and principles

· Effective allocation and management of resources

· Controlling and monitoring of efficiencies

· Managing and updating production data

· Ensuring safety standards are adhered to and maintained

· Effective man management to optimize performance


· Technical qualification in Mechanical/Draughting

· Min 5 years experience in sheet metal as a leader

· Knowledge and experience in World Class Manufacturing practices

· CNC experience and knowledge

· Exposure and experience on punching and bending machines

· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
