Eaton Corporation CPS EA Commercial Marketing Manager in Singapore
Reporting to the General Manager, this role will lead East Asia commercial marketing activities for Eaton UPS product line to meet revenue and margin targets, including value proposition, product positioning, marketing collateral, market & competitive intelligence, new product commercialization, commercial marketing programs, pricing management, project bidding and field application support.
Lead overall commercial marketing activities for Eaton UPS product line, including strategic planning, profit planning, action implementation etc
Lead price management process for external sales including management of pricing database and special price requests
Collaborate with the product management team in value proposition, market & competitive intelligence, product training, new product commercialization and commercial marketing
Guide the field application function to support product line in project bidding, design-in and customer education program
Promote tool development, training workshops, and overall field sales engagement to maximize the effectiveness of the sales teams and channels to market
Craft marketing plans, and deploy to field sales team and all internal stakeholders
Partner with market communications team to design a marketing communications plan and effective product sales tools
Drive promotions, association networking and lead process to maximize the pipeline for growth and return on sales
Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with product managers, sales team, communications team, controllers and key partners to monitor progress and make adjustments on short to long-term plans
Responsible for directing, coaching, leading the commercial marketing team in their respective assignments to ensure successful execution of commercial marketing activities
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or Engineering
10 years’ experience in commercial marketing
Prior working experience with UPS systems
Prior regional exposure to data centres
Fluency in written and verbal English
Strong analytical skills to assist in reports across region and business
Exemplary presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure
