Take responsibility developing the business of Southwest Region, Achieve the target of Sales and Order.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (Limit yourself to 8-12 statements)
List the essential functions (i.e. key responsibilities with expected end results) which must be accomplished in order to fulfil the purpose of your position as described above.
Project leads find and following up in Southwest region of China, win back project with relevant team and resource, achieve annual business target and support Company’s business growth year over year,
Control the selling price per company’s policy, support company’s margin stable and growth;
Build up good relationship with Key EPC/DCS/SI partner, epscial enduser, make MTL product be preferred at their project;
Take Good territory coverage with local distributor partner, collect any possible MRO order, also win back the small to meddle size project;
Keep research on marketing trend, catch up good investment information and related project;
Learning our competitor’s information, both in project or marketing behaviour, make sure compete with our competitor with right strategy;
Support Channel department build up local distributor partner, and coach our local distributor growth their business for MTL;
Support Marketing team take seminar and road show to our enduser, keep promote EATON business;
Discipline behaviour management, Use CRM system manage own business, also activity.
FCST business accurately each month/Quarter, keep focus on big project tracking.
Record any measurable statistics which your position impacts such as production expenses, maintenance expenses, sales volumes, payroll costs, capital expenditures, research budgets, cost of purchases, value of inventories controlled, employees supervised (direct and indirect).
Similar cost to other SB07 employee, first year’s sales target will be US$1m,
Describe any specialized knowledge or skill (e.g., technical, scientific, administrative, managerial), which your position requires.
Familiar with O&G industry, Chemical Industry , and Coal Chemical Industry, also related Design institute/EPC/DCS/SI;
Good knowledge of Instrument application and industry Automation System, experienced with related project specify and bidding job, also following up skill, close related order;
Excellent Customer service sense, proactive with pleasant personality;
Fluent Communication internal and external, for Bilingual(English);
Above 3 years sales and marketing experience;
Bachelor’s degree in Industry Automation or Engineering at least.

In Southwest region, we have no sales cover to Guangxi, Yunan, Guizhou, Sizhuan, Chongqin area, even we have strategy of local distribution, but it hard for us without sales cover.
