For our Power Distribution Division (PDD) Headquarters in Vienna we are looking for
a Human Resource Business Partner
This position is responsible for the full Human Resources cycle and supporting HR strategic projects/processes on a regional level.
Manages the employee-life-cycle (employer branding, recruiting, onboarding, talent development, etc.) in collaboration with the HR Manager Austria for legal and organizational requirements
Act as business partner, solution provider, advisor and counselor for the leaders and their team by being the first point of contact for all HR related topics and supporting organizational development and change
Drive the implementation of the business talent management strategy, organizational effectiveness and talent assessment/selection
Coordinate and support divisional HR projects/processes by working closely together with the HR Director and the HR colleagues in the countries to achieve the HR objectives
Collaborate with the team of Corporate, HR Services and HR Center of Expertise to optimize/leverage standardized work
Collect, prepare and analyze HR data for management reports
University degree, preferably in economy, with a specialization on Human Resources
Min.3 years of working experience as a HR Business Partner/HR Generalist in a dynamic, international environment
Structured way of working, able to prioritize and work objective based
Proven experience in handling delicate HR matters
Sound knowledge of Austrian labor law and proficiency in working with the Works council is a plus
Possesses fine communication skills as well as the ability to hold presentations
Very good English skills (written and verbal), German is preferred
Experience in partnering with leaders and employees at any level of the organization
Cultural awareness and willingness to travel within the region

Depending on the qualification, we offer a remuneration of € 2,900 gross per month according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement Electrical and Electronics Industry. The opportunity of overpayment is dependent on the respective subject-related work experience and qualification.
