Financial Planning Manager

Location: Vienna, Austria

We are currently seeking a Financial Planning Manager to join our highly successful team in Vienna.

As the Financial Planning Manager you will:

  • Manage all financial reporting requirements of the division, verify the accuracy of the reports and insure their adherence to prescribed schedules, policies and procedures

  • Manage the preparation of and analyze the financial forecasts as required for divisional levels

  • Manage the annual Profit Planning process for the division

  • Provide guidance, training and assistance to the personnel in the finance organization in the plants

  • Manage the preparation of the divisions strategic plan

  • Be responsible for HQ division ledger cost controlling

  • Manage the financial reporting and follow up of the division’s monthly capex review and cost out activities in support of the division’s Operations Director

  • Provide the financial data related to VPP and other bonus schemes and support the HR


Financial Planning Manager-Qualifications:

  • At least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting

  • Proven relevant experience in a similar role, not neccesairly in a Management position

  • Solid reporting systems experience such as Encore, SAP or Oracle

  • Fluency in English

  • Fluency in other European language , especially German would be beneficial but is not required

  • Solid knowledge of US GAAP & SOX

  • Experience in managing and developing people would be beneficial but is not required
