Eaton Corporation Regional Sales Manager - Gulf in Tulsa, Oklahoma
Eaton’s Electrical sector is currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager: Gulf Region to join our team.
This role will be based from a home-office or an Eaton Lighting facility (within the Northern Gulf Region territory; Northern Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, New Mexico), this position is responsible for attainment of Division and Corporate goals for sales growth and profitability through market development, effective direction and management of the activities of our sales agencies and personnel, while providing superior service to our customers. This is achieved through developing and recommending annual sales plans and forecast for individual manufacturers’ representatives, markets, factory territories and his/her region. Continually analyzes sales levels and trends through market research and initiates pro-active or corrective actions as required to assure attainment of objectives and assuring that appropriate technical guidance and assistance regarding product applications is available to customer.
Eaton’s electrical business is a global leader with expertise in power distribution and circuit protection; backup power protection; control and automation; lighting and security; structural solutions and wiring devices; solutions for harsh and hazardous environments; and engineering services. Must be authorized to work legally in the United States without current or future company sponsorship
A minimum of 5 years of sales, marketing or customer fulfillment related experience in an electrical products industry dealing with commercial and industrial customers.
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Business, Marketing or Engineering
A minimum of 5 years of sales management experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience dealing with manufacturer’s representatives
Experience in the lighting or lighting controls industry
Well- developed communication, organizational, motivational and interpersonal skills
Strong presentation skills with ability to possess a Customer First attitude are also required.
Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word and PowerPoint)
