Senior Sales Representative-Italian Customer

Location: Turin, Italy

The Senior Sales Representative will report directly to our Sales Manager for Italian Customers.

You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and standardizing all the best practices related to the most important sales area of competencies. Prices by product line and customers, contractual terms and conditions and all the other Sales indexes will be considered. You will work close to the Sales managers to build a comprehensive picture and benchmark, helping to negotiate with the final customers.

Essential Functions:

• Develop and provide support for business managers in the creation of customized reports, statistical analysis of sales and pricing data, competitive information, interpretation of standardized metrics, and the analysis of market segments.

• Serves as a member of a cross-functional customer interface team to insure a high level of customer satisfaction and responsiveness to customer needs.

• Provides input into the description, qualification, and recommendations of growth opportunities for new product.

• Builds customer-supplier relationships through daily interface with customer, operations, and engineering.

• Contributes to the development of pricing and commercial terms and conditions

• Based on customer needs / wants and competitive pressures, makes recommendations as to course of action (strategy) to meet Eaton and customer expectations.

QualificationsQualifications:

• Master Degree in Engineering field (Mechanical, Electronic, Automotive or Engineering and Management)

• Fluent in English language. French is appreciated

• Minimum experience: 1-3 years’ experience in engineering/marketing and sales dept.

• Effective people/interpersonal, negotiation, communication skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
