Eaton Corporation EMEA Aftermarket Sales Director in Titchfield, United Kingdom

This role is responsible for elevating the Sales function to become best-in-class in the aerospace industry. This is measured by outgrowing end-markets by at least 50% and be among the fastest growing aerospace companies. The EMEA Aftermarket Sales Manager will be responsible for approximately $133M direct and $70M indirect sales (thru distributors) in 2018. The person will provide leadership, direction and guidance for a team of 6 Sales Managers and professionals and 3 Customer Technical Support Managers. Primary accountabilities include achieving the annual Profit Plan orders and sales, ensuring the support for our customers is at the highest levels as measured by the annual Airbus survey, and maintaining a sustainable pipeline of new opportunities that meets the Aerospace Group’s growth objectives. Coordinating sales activities with Divisional businesses is a critical aspect of this role along with providing market and customer intelligence to entire Aerospace Group. The role is critical member of the Aerospace Group Aftermarket Leadership team. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution

  • Experience in sales, engineering and/or marketing field

  • This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
