Eaton Corporation Associate Accountant in Taipei City, Taiwan

  • Fixed assets daily bookkeeping including transfer/disposal, and monthly closing such as recognize depreciation and booking entries.

  • Monitor the process of Capex actual/fcst/pp, maintain data in system and release FA PR.

  • AR billing, Sales reconciliation report, reconcile with intercompany trading partners

  • Rebate management and booking entries.

  • Maintain selling price of both trading partners and 3rd parties in ERP

  • Material receive bookkeeping in ERP

  • Monthly/quarterly/annually reports per Group request

  • Interact and work closely with CPA for financial and tax auditing.


  • 3+ years of experience in Accounting

  • Knowledge of Oracle or SAP

  • Knowledge of Accounting principles, USGAAP and VAT filing

  • Communication with external / internal auditor

  • English in average level
