The Talent Management & Organization Effectiveness Manager, ES Asia Pacific (TMOE Manager, EA APAC) leads, develops and executes the ES APAC TMOE strategy in alignment with the business priorities of ES APAC.
The position reports directly to HRVP, ES APAC, functionally to Corporate APAC Director Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness. The primary function of this position will be responsible for developing, aligning and delivering an integrated talent and organization effectiveness strategy to address the specific challenges of the business. This entails:
Providing a range of partnering services to senior management and determining the right talent and organizational tools/support to sustain a high performance organization either personally leading the solution, or facilitating the solution through others.
Working collaboratively at organization and business level to ensure talent and organizational effectiveness processes support each other and lead to continuous improvement of organizational performance.
Leading talent management cadence within ES in the region to ensure the implementation of defined talent strategies.
Lead ES APAC TMOE initiatives to develop approaches to build organizational capability through defining talent strategy and guiding strategic efforts for succession planning and pipeline growth.
Partner with business leaders and senior HR management to assess talent needs, capability gaps and design/develop talent strategy to support a high performance organization. Provides coaching, facilitation, team development in consultation with business leaders and senior managers to implement organization improvement initiatives and foster organizational learning.
Lead and manage the organization capability assessment process (OCA) to strengthen talent pipelines.
Works with key leaders to accelerate leadership transitions as an advisor throughout preparation, onboarding, assimilation and early transition phases.
Builds TMOE capability of the HR function and creates a roadmap for key TMOE processes within the business. Understands and leverages best practices in TMOE across all businesses
Support organizational change initiatives. Enables a change-capable organization by building OCM capability across the Sector and developing change leadership competencies. Understands and leverages best practices in TMOE across all businesses.
Lead the performance management process, and provide coaching, facilitation, team development in consultation with business leaders and senior HR managers to implement organization improvement initiatives and foster organizational learning.
Lead the employee engagement process (employee survey) and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in organizational effectiveness.
Provide analysis and recommendation for the region and the divisions relating to critical APAC metrics to drive improvement.
Deploy, and coordinate various I&D initiatives, including diverse talent strategy, retention programs, analysis on workforce analytics/demographics, talent development, succession planning.
Bachelor's degree, MBA or Master's degree preferred
10+ years solid human resources experience with extensive experience in talent management initiatives, organization effectiveness, leadership development and management coaching in multinational company with a leading edge in HR systems and practices.
Strategy agility and capability to partner with business and HR leadership. Strong influence skills and capable to work in matrix organizations.
Involvement in HR strategy, leader quality and workforce planning and implementation to improve organizational effectiveness.
Leadership assessment, coaching and development experience is highly preferred.
Critical thinker - strong analytical, consulting, coaching and influence skills.
Strong Change management skills and practical experience in management change initiatives.
Good learning agility, and professional presence, excellent English communication skills both written and spoken.
