Eaton Corporation Sales Engineer 销售工程师 in Shanghai Shi, China

A. Develop and executes sales plan to meet performance expectations and requirements

B. Prepare sales presentations to create product understanding and awareness.

C. Build relationships with key customers to enhance long-term business prospects.

D. Prepare sales proposals based on customer needs and expectations.

E. Administrate all phases of sales process to insure effective and timely customer service and response.

F. Keep abreast of market and market players activities.

G. Develop actions to exploit or counter business opportunities and threats.

H. Preparation and reporting of monthly sales and sales activities.



A. Bachelor degree, preferred major in Hydraulic or Mechanical Engineering.

B. At least 3 years experience in relevant industry. Proven track records in corporate sales of Food and Baverage, Petrochemicals, Electronics, Automotive and Chemical related products.

C. Practical Knowledge of Filtration business, Marketplace and Filtration customers.

D. Good team player and have a positive attitude, good analytical and innovative problem solving skills

E. Contract Negotiation skills

F. Knowledge of contract law and project management

G. Acting as ambassador of Eaton and delivering effective presentations
