Eaton Corporation Manufacturing Costing FP & A 成本分析 in Shanghai Shi, China

  • Timely and accuracy maintain division ledger (P4122) including communication with ISSC to make the transactions, expense analysis and control, etc.

  • Coordinate with plant finance team on costing analysis and report standardization

  • Timely submit regular PDSS manufacturing consolidation reports

  • Lead annually standard cost revaluation

  • Review and report the key variances on manufacturing, ensure the major cost variations are highlighted to management for further actions

  • Lead the analysis of profitable and unprofitable products to provide valuable information of PDSS to management team for decision making

  • Follow up key cost saving project

  • Lead project margin variance analysis

  • Lead annually Burden Rate Review process

  • Lead Tack-on rate review during PP process.

  • Lead CONC analysis

  • Timely and accuracy maintain EA EESS ledger (P4124) including reporting and analysis, communication with ISSC and EA finance team.

  • Support financial policy development, enhance standardized finance process in PDSS division


Education: Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting. Graduate degree desirable, as well as CPA or equivalent.

  • Experience: Over 6 year’s experience with a preference for someone who has had financial analysis experience. Candidate must be versed in costing with good communication skills to deal with plant finance team. Familiar with ERP concepts and applications with operational or implementation experience. Experience in SAP is a plus. Must be proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word software.
