This exciting role will be to work with HR business partners and senior operations leaders to develop, recommend and implement HR programs / initiatives that support Electrical China Commercial Division’s objectives and strategies.
Diagnose the organizational needs and serves as an expert on HR programs such as organizational effectiveness, leadership development, manager training, team development and change management initiatives.
Take ownership of multiple HR programs in the area of business flow/org. redesign, business integration; Develop, integrate, standardize, simplify and roll-out of core HR processes and procedures in order to deliver optimal and effective HR solutions for the demand of business growth on HR functional excellence.
To build organizational capability and support performance management through training, communication and improving the quality of employee development plans throughout the entire Division.
Champions CHANGE, deeply analyze and look into employee engagement index and in consultation with HR business partners to address opportunity for improvements
Partner with APAC sector/Corp. /Global HR team on multi HR projects’ local implementation.
If you are:
Bachelor degree, MBA or Master in organization effectiveness or HR preferred, fluent written and verbal English
10+ years human resource experience with extensive experience in implementing HR projects, talent management initiatives, organization effectiveness, leadership development and manager coaching in an international company with a leading edge in HR systems and practices.
Shall possess the competency in:
Intellectual curiosity combined with outstanding analytical skills
Strong coaching, facilitation and influence skills, involvement in HR strategy and implementation to improve organizational effectiveness
Deployment of competence based performance management, leadership development, or behavioral base interviewing system.
Change management skills and practical experience in management change initiatives.
