Take overall management of commercial and product marketing team, formulate the overall marketing strategy, lead team and conduct cross-functional cooperation to implement the plan and achieve performance goals.

  • Formulate the overall marketing strategy of CPC APAC that enable the business to grow faster than market and align with business strategy and targets.

  • Effectively carry out fact-based market research of market trends, competitive data, technology advancements, product positioning and applications, customer needs assessment and industry developments foresight to determine key opportunities.

  • Work collaboratively with all regions (EMEA and America’s) on the product roadmap assessment and development to bring innovative solutions to the market in a timely manner

  • Coordinate with technical leaders to execute product roadmap and deliver key products and features to the market in a timely and cost effective manner.

  • Develop, implement and manage a key Account Management strategy around key customers. Analyze and clearly define existing and potential customers’ technical, quality, delivery and financial expectations, and forcefully communicate these through the organization to achieve customer satisfaction.

  • Drive pricing excellence initiatives and actions, champion the greater utilization of the full pricing levers, data analytics to maximize the income impact from a cohesive pricing capability

  • Develop channel development plans, build channels to new market and new territories either directly or through strategic partnerships.

  • Lead the development of Marketing’s best practices to develop effective value propositions and sales tools that are practical to use and aligned to segmentation and regional specific requirements; ensure full alignment with the Sales team and accelerate the deployment of training;

  • Directs all marketing activities for assigned marketing professionals to achieve performance goals in accordance with marketing plans.

  • Build up the capability of marketing team, establish, complement, develop and train the team.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in business management, marketing or other related discipline is required.

  • Minimum 10 years of marketing & product management experience with proven impact on growth and solid understanding of electrical industry, experience of Low voltage industry is highly preferred.

  • Broad-based planning skills - including finance, market research, and product planning

  • Must be experienced in competitive benchmarking of features and price, new product requirement definition, business plan development, value proposition development, new product launch and forecasting

  • Ability to multitask, complete projects with tight deadlines. Good balance of technical and commercial acumen.

  • Proven capacity to be rapidly effective in a complex global business environment.

  • Proven ability to develop, communicate and influence within complex, matrixed organizations and virtual teams (across different locations).

  • Strong leadership skills, coach and train mentality, be able to build, lead and motivate a big teams directly and indirectly.

  • Excellent spoken and written command of Chinese and English language.
