Eaton Corporation HR Manager in San Luis Potosi, Mexico
Driving strategic direction of the business and ensuring achievement of operating and production objectives consistent with Eaton’s Policies.
Plan, organize, direct and control all activities and functions of the human resources department and support other departments in this perspective.
Participates as a key member of plant manager’s staff in all critical decisions impacting facility.
College degree in administration, business, psychology or similar.
English – language capability, speaking, reading & writing required
7 – 10 years experience in HR area.
Adept at development and utilization of software solutions
Broad knowledge in compensation.
Strong experience in negotiations with unions.
Broad knowledge in labor law.
Ability in recruitment and selection
Broad training knowledge
Understanding of manufacturing technologies and processes
Ability to lead and support cross-functional process improvement teams
Broad financial knowledge for asset management, budgeting and profit plan obtainment.
Knowledge of behavioral science, including the ability to motivate, counsel, and constructively deal with people at all levels.
Strong leadership skills, must be capable of leading their organization on a continuous journey of sustained improvement.
