As a Country Manager, you will lead, manage and direct the sales activities for Eaton Electrical Sector's Sales Operation in Israel providing business and operational leadership to the sales team and associated support functions.

You will act as the senior Eaton sales representative in the country providing inspirational leadership to employees internally and as an ambassador for Eaton externally. You will have the prime responsibility to ensure that Eaton meets the agreed budget targets for sales growth and cost in Israel whilst applying Eaton standard work practices.

Your key deliverables :

  • Define and implement operational plans to execute the sales strategy

  • Maintain and build relations with important market parties, internal sales organizations and Business Units

  • Manage the strategic country operating planning process and sales plan

  • Analysis, reporting evaluation and development of KPIs aligned to the Profit Plan and Strategic Plan for short, mid and long term adjustments.

  • Increase productivity through leveraging standard processes, systems and best practices

  • Keep good customer contacts and build relationships with key accounts

  • Negotiate and influence resulting in contracts and agreements

  • Initiate, develop and implement sales oriented customer events, activities campaigns, company and product presentations and trade fairs

  • Act as a role model in line with Eaton ethical standards of conduct

  • Building Organizational Capability by developing competencies

Qualifications

Do you have?

Required:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree preferably business related or equivalent gained through experience and 10 years sales experience

  • Good stakeholder management

  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills

  • Fluent in Hebrew and English (verbal and written)

  • Experienced Leader of People

Desired:

  • Intercultural awareness and ability to travel

  • Strong IT skills and digitally

  • Problem solver
