Demand Marketing Manager will be responsible for design and build experiences that lead customers to engage more deeply with EATON EMEA Electrical Sector. He/she would own and fine-tune the experiences B2B buyers have with the organization. This marketing specialist will execute and deploy marketing campaigns and emails using our marketing automation platform, Eloqua. Demand Marketing Manager should be a master of technology and marketing who understands the fundamentals of lead management and lead scoring.

The position requires to sit through a strategy meeting with marketing managers, content team and work closely with the Eloqua team to structure and consult on the best way to develop marketing programs within the tool. This position is required to be knowledgeable in email best practices and global spam laws. The candidate should have the competency and skill to educate co-workers on the best tactics and ensure laws and regulations are adhered to.

This role will act as a bridge between the Electrical Sector marketing teams and the Eloqua execution team. The candidate should be able to understand the business requirements and translate them into actionable items like email marketing programs, email calendar, nurture campaigns and cross-sell emails.

The candidate must be a strong communicator and is required to provide with regular status updates, communicate plans, suggest optimizations, results and other updates to the stakeholders and marketing teams. Ability to provide consultation and guidance on the marketing programs best practices within Eloqua is a must.

Your essential responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the marketing team to ensure successful deployment of marketing emails and campaigns using our marketing automation system (Eloqua).

  • Develop in adherence to brand identity standards and take a leadership role in enforcing compliance

  • Implement automated lead-nurturing programs to positively impact our current lead database.

  • Provide feedback and content for monthly operations report

  • Design and test web forms and landing pages to ensure accurate lead collection and process flow

  • Monitor inbox and respond to emails accordingly.

  • Manage unsubscribes.


If you are/have:

  • Requires an MBA in Marketing or equivalent.

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with experience of requirements analysis

  • Must understand email best practices and marketing automation platform, specifically Eloqua

  • Must understand HTML, CSS and Javascript

  • 7-10 years’ experience in digital marketing- preferably in B2B environment

  • Sirius Decision Certified preferred but not a must

  • A problem solver, always searching for the best solution and detailed oriented

  • Good understanding of online customer behavior is a must

  • Possess data evaluation skills with ability to extract and interpret data from various sources to offer creative marketing insights

  • Should have knowledge of CRM systems along with experience in integrating Eloqua with CRM

  • Understands the fundamentals of lead management and lead scoring.
