Provides support in functional areas of human resources including but not limited to recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development, training, and special projects. Assists in the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures and their dissemination through employee booklets, communications, and/or meetings. Prepares reports in conformance with legislated requirements or organization needs.
Supports HR Manager in planning, coordinating and performing all HR activities at plant level
Manages ORACLE HRMS and ensure data integrity under consideration of data protection requirements
Supports HR Manager in planning, coordinating and performing HR trainings and Eaton development activities
Plan, perform and improve required communication processes. Maintain annual communication plan
Supports implementation of divisional and corporation HR projects (e.g. Inclusion & Diversity, Wellness)
Supports HR Manager in providing the necessary reports to comply with Eaton and German labor law requirements
Support Change Management processes and drive change management projects at plant level
Manage recruitment activities in line with requirements of Eaton policy
Preparation, communication and translation of Employee Survey results and action plan activities
Implementation and enforcement of an effective University Relationship Management
Lead HR internship program, acting as a point of contact
Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Administration, legal studies or equivalent with emphasis on Human Resources
Knowledge of German Labor Law
Confidential nature, good communication skills, capability to work in teams and to assert oneself
