Essential Function:

  • Provides Human Resources Support within the plant. Supports HR Manager in all key activities. Take over responsibility in terms of Organizational Development, Recruitment and Training facilitation.

  • Supports HR Manager in planning, coordinating and performing all training activities at plant level and perform training need assessments with all functions and departments

  • Plan, perform, and improve required communication processes. Maintain annual communication plan and follow up

  • Assists HR Manager in continuous improvement of all HR Process

  • Supports team building processes through organizing team building activities – develop and support actively Cultural change projects

  • Supports implementation of divisional and corporation HR Projects

  • Manages ORACLE HRMS and ensure data integrity under consideration of data protection requirements.

  • Supports HR Manager in providing the necessary reports to comply with Eaton and German Labor Law requirements.

  • Maintains IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 systems in areas of responsibilities.

  • Develop HR Controlling System, develop ad hoc reports and perform KPI follow ups

  • Manage CRM and conduct recruitment activities in line with requirements of Eaton policy.

  • Preparation, communication and translation of Employee Survey, follow up Action Plan activities

  • Being Wellness Champion and organizing wellness activities in line with Eaton policies

  • Participate actively in the Diversity Team und support Diversity and Inclusion activities

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, legal studies or comparable

  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in HR

  • Knowledge of German Labor Law

  • English language

  • Confidential nature

  • Communication skills

  • Capability to work in teams and to assert oneself
