Eaton Corporation Material Handler- Day Shift in Mountain Home, Arkansas
Eaton’s Fluid Conveyance Division is currently seeking a Material Handler to join our team. This position is based at our Mountain Home, AR facility.
The Material Handler performs material handling and SCM support as applicable. The core hours for this position are on 1st shift.

You will load and unload trailers as required
You will prioritize and organize materials based on customer orders and communicate priorities to Operations.
You will maintain a safe work environment and use proper safety devices as provided. Contribute to our Zero Incident Safety Culture by abiding by and actively promoting all facility safety guidelines and quality procedures any addition to any department specific tasks.
You will participate in Continuous Improvement teams and activities.
You will participate in Empowered Work Teams and encourage, support, and actively participate in RIEs and events throughout the facility, department, and area of responsibility.
You will operate a powered industrial vehicle (sit down forklift and combi-lift) to move raw materials, components, supplies & finished goods or coordinate for delivery of materials

Basic (Required) Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within the immediate geographical area of Mountain Home, AR will be considered
Position Success Criteria:
Able to stand on feet continuously during working shift
Able to regularly lift 35 pounds without assistance. Occasionally lift more than 35 lbs. with assistance
Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment as required by company policy and procedure
Keep work area clean and free of hazards – maintains 5S housekeeping standards
Ability to prioritize and organize materials based on customer orders and communicate priorities to Operations
Participation in Continuous Improvement teams and activities
Ability to work hours required including overtime, weekends, potential alternate shifts
