Eaton Corporation Internal Sales Coordinator in Mascot, Australia

  • Providing excellent Customer Service by cultivating strong working relationships with Customers and supplying Factories

  • Generating quotations & verifying customer orders against quotations and contracts

  • Order entry and acknowledgements

  • Order management for customised orders

  • Providing backorder/available stock reports to customers and releasing orders as required

  • Ensuring despatches include labelling/FX calculations/post invoice requirements as needed

  • Drive sales growth

  • Providing after sales support including warranty, test reports, contractual data reports etc

  • Assisting with contract administration

  • Create and maintain contract period pricing in SAP

  • Maintain project database with contract status/admin updates

  • Ensure contractual vendor held stock and safety stock levels are maintained

  • Coordinate order and stock requirements with Supply Chain Officer

  • Follow up with factory on purchase order status/acknowledgements as required

  • Maintain SAP dates/information for sales orders, updating customers accordingly

  • Extend new materials to SAP

  • Maintain and implement procedures/registers to facilitate efficient work practices

  • Assist and backup Internal Sales Manager as required (reports, forecasts, coordinate material modifications etc.)

  • Support external sales term and ensure their compliance to procedures, etc

  • Assisting with marketing, tradeshows and other promotional and administrative activities as required


  • Minimum of HSC and 5 years relevant experience

  • High level organisational skills

  • High level Microsoft Office application

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are a must

  • Accurate numeric skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to organise, prioritise, plan ahead and follow up

  • Ability to work autonomously

  • Flexible with good people skills

  • Enjoy fast paced, team orientated environment

  • Relevant work history

  • SAP experience - preferable.
