Eaton Corporation Customer Technical Support Representative - PD ANZ in Mascot, Australia
Assist customers , sales team and other member s of the business with technical support enquiries
Pre and Post sales technical support of sales force including review of tender documents, preparation of specialized information such as tender responses, drawings, specification sheets and other materials when required logging of technical information for quotations and enquiries in the quote register database update and manage product and project information on system information
Ensure all customer technical enquiries are handling effectively and in a timely manner
Liaise with Product Managers on a regular basis for technical training on product ranges
Working as a Customer Service Support with Technical expertise (Engineering Degree preferred) or relevant experience
Customer centric, customer focus
Technical electrical engineering background with electrical wholesale experience preferred
The role demands a highly motivated team player working with minimal supervision. Additionally, proven ability in the area of customer communication and relationships is essential.
