Eaton Corporation Channel Marketing Manager, Power Quality in Mascot, Australia

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager (ANZ), the incumbent will be expected to develop the full potential of IT Resellers, Distributors, System Integrators, power specialists and other key value partners through strategic planning, activity management, budget management and marketing empowerment to deliver incremental business and coverage for Eaton Power Quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strengthen the marketing relationships we have with IT resellers, distributors and power specialists

  • Foster relationships with other “Coverage” style partners to a much higher level that creates a joint marketing strategy, whilst supporting the execution of comprehensive Marketing strategies for Eaton

  • Drive key Channel and Eaton sales and marketing alignment to marketing plans.

  • Drive and scale demand generation across key channel and customer communities in line with GTM (segment) and product line priorities and marketing opportunities utilizing a varied mix of marketing functions.

  • Facilitate channel marketing execution through MDF programs and management, agreed marketing plans pre quarterly and by leveraging Eaton resources.

  • Drive channel preference for Eaton through relationship building, communications, joint planning and optimizing channel value from available Eaton resources. This could be face-to-face and or virtually as agreed.

  • Ensure channel partners are able to deliver offers to customers including Eaton Services, DC Power and Eaton power distribution

  • Drive partner participation and uptake of ANZ integrated GTM campaigns and product promotions, both segment applications focused and customer led.

  • Carrying out the roles and responsibilities as detailed in the quality, safety and environment policies and procedures

  • Commitment to the quality, safety and environment and proactively reporting any risks and issues

  • Understanding the company mission, vision, policies, objectives and other requirements of the quality, safety and environment management system

Qualifications

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering (preferably Electrical)

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar Channel Marketing role

  • Experience with IT hardware

Additional Requirements:

  • Prior working experience with a System Integrator, IT Reseller or Distributor

  • Experience in managed services providers (MSP)
