Eaton Corporation Lead Sales Engineer (Hydraulics) in Lohmar, Germany
•Establish and maintain customer relationships
•Negotiate and conclude orders
•Create and hold product presentations
•Regularly visit customers and sales partners
•Prepare and create offers
•Oversee the entire sales process
•Identify short/medium/long term sales potentials
•Continuously monitor current sales against sales plan
•Coordinate and align the sales plan with the parent EMEA organization.
•Provide regular reporting and create forecasts
•Drive& enhance collaboration with other divisions to generate synergies and cross-sell options
•Lead and take full accountability for special projects
Qualifications•Mechanical Engineering or Economics related degree
•Min 5 years of Professional Experience in Technical Sales
•Good business understanding, solid experience in Hydraulics field
•Contract Management experience
•Customer oriented mindset
•Influencing and negotiating skills
•Independent & structured way of working
•Fluent English & local language
