Eaton Corporation Regional Sales Manager, Filtration in Korea Republic of South, Singapore

Position Overview

Reporting to the Sales Director (Filtration) and managing a regional sales team, this role is responsible for leading the ROA sales team to achieve sales growth and profitability objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Define sales strategy, segment focus, growth goals for the team

  • Drive growth, customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the total market, focusing on systems solution and engineered solutions in line with the segment strategies

  • Lead the effective management of distribution channels and leverage resources to achieve growth

  • Manage team sales progress, performance vs. target variance and sales activities on target accounts, major opportunities and projects

  • Provide monthly sales forecasts, and assist with timely delivery and account receivable collection

  • Recruit, coach, conduct performance appraisals and set objectives in line with growth strategies and employee development requirements

  • Assist with product & pricing strategies

  • Assist with regional business assignments as a senior leader for Sales and other functions as requested

  • Establish a deep understanding of industry dynamics, customers, competitors, industry-specific technology developments, and Filtration products and applications

  • Forecast existing businesses to support ongoing engineering programs and implementation of capital spending plans for the long term

  • Understand customers’ business to assist them in sales, service and inventory of products

Qualifications

Key Requirements:

  • 10 years’ sales experience

  • 5 years’ experience in leading a team of sales staff

  • Knowledge and experience in channel development and channel management

  • Experience in sales to these industry segments: automotive, biopharma, chemicals, EPC, F&B, marine, Oil & Gas etc

  • Prior sales experience with industrial products, eg machinery, pumps, valves etc

  • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills

  • Willingness to travel extensively

Additional Requirements:

  • Prior sales experience with liquid filtration products.

  • Prior experience in regional sales
