Eaton Corporation HRMS Analyst, HR Services in Jiangsu Sheng, China

A.

Work with team to achieve HRS SLA targets through daily operation.

B.

Mainly provide the HR Services support for China site and other countries. Main responsibilities are including but not limited to HRMS data maintain, local HR system support, system data audit etc., which is within HRS working scope and per SOP/SLA.

C.

Interact with relevant HRBPs and employees to solve the issue and provide timely, high quality support.

D.

Collaborate and cooperate with other HRS work streams to ensure the smooth HRS operations in the target countries within scope.

E.

Escalate the services requests beyond HRS scope and SOP to the next level.

F.

Assists with HR Services projects and programs as necessary.

G.

Being backup of other team member in case any emergency.

H.

Learn EBS tools to drive continuous improvement of the processes in order to enhance process efficiency, quality and productivity.

I.

Other job assignments from supervisor.

Qualifications

  1. Basic know-how on system logic.

  2. Fluent English in read and write, workable oral English.

  3. Working experience: 0-5 Y

  4. Education: Bachelor and above

  5. Provide customized solution according to requester's specific requests, dig out and summarize unwritten system rule through daily work, identify the potential risk / improvement opportunities and seek for solutions, follow HRS Escalation Process.

  6. Explain current process, policies or company guidelines, provide background or other supporting documents.

  7. Identify opportunities and build solutions that meet customer expectation, provide one-stop solution to the customer.

  8. Can deal with Multi-tasks, capable to prioritize, able to find the efficient solution to get job done.

  9. Proactively seek for various learning opportunities for self-development, willing to accept new assignment or challenge that broaden views and experience, buddy program.
