Eaton Corporation HR Generalist in Jiangsu Sheng, China

Focus on area training and employee activity, support HR Manager to improve Suzhou learning culture and employee engagement.

  • Be responsible for Plant training support, including training system optimization, training policy and process review and optimization, training needs analysis, annual master training plan & monthly training calendar set up etc.

  • Initiate training program to improve Plant training effectiveness and build up site learning culture

  • Support plant HR general affairs, employee communication, build positive employee relationship

  • Build up a visualized plant, e.g. Bulletin Board, Poster, Slogan etc. to better deploy Eaton Policy and Program.

  • Lead Plant E-star program, promote recognition culture in Suzhou

  • Implement Employee community activity which involved in general employees and managers to improve company reputation and good relationship with community.

  • HR Representative for Plant I&D activity, including but not limited to female hobby group, wellness activity

  • Champion for Company chop management

  • Prepare monthly business report for Plant Manager and HR reports as required;

  • Other Task assigned by HR Manager;


  1. Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.

  2. Above 5 years multiple HR functions in multinational companies, solid training experience is must;

  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, can well relates to the employees at all levels

  4. Open minded, strong sense of responsibility, diligent and details oriented.

  5. Good problem solving skills with strong team work spirit, can work under pressure.

  6. Good Microsoft skills and excellent English both written and oral.
