A. Take lead of AP Sub-teams, Manage team’s daily work align on the requirement of standard work list.
B. Improve formalized standards and procedures in using new technologies and facilitates others in learning new technologies
C. Identify areas of opportunity for growth and improvement in AP Function processes/ sub-processes, optimize team performance measurement system
D. Take in charge of monthly AP closing, support team members for solving issues and questions
E. Good ability to document, train and transfer knowledge in order to support supervisor to build capacity and capability in the team
F. Passionate about customer service and strong communication/ organization skills, achieve goal for customer satisfaction
G. Communicates Shared Service Centre Accounts Payables Goals within team members and follow roadmap to set up individuals’ goals accordingly to strategy
H. Other tasks assigned by supervisor
1.Above 5 year experience in an accounting background
2.Team management and initiative spirits
3.Presentation skills is a must
4.Good Communication skills both in English and Mandarin
5.Advanced Microsoft excel
6.Accounts Payable Process Knowledge is preferred
7.Working knowledge of Oracle Financials preferred
8.Treasury and Accounting knowledge as an advantage
