Eaton Corporation Project Manager 项目经理 in Ji Ning, China

A. Facility needs assessment and the development of recommended project control solutions to be used for planning, scheduling, and tracking projects through integration of various project management tools.

B. Leverage the resource to deliver the responsibility of all functions and manage the service, operation, sales, finance and human resources

C. Provides product information related to warranty depletion, commission, and service accruals to Finance staff as needed.

D. Communicates issues to management team that impact the organization such as program status, engineering issues, production issues, factory issues, and potential field support issues.

E. Communicate with customers to discuss technical issues.

F. Reports on status versus goals, requirements, and concerns to executive management during development phase reviews

G. Ensure planned project activities are executed timely and efficiently to meet the production start

H. Determines, monitors, and reviews all project economics to include costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources, and risk.

I. Manage and monitor project cost and investment to meet specified financial targets

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing engineering or related field of study, with a minimum of 5 years related experience or equivalent experience.

  • Leadership required for handling multiple projects.

  • Understanding of all aspects of product development and factory readiness.

  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Proven problem solving abilities.

  • Ability to coordinate the work of others to meet requirements of schedule and quality.

  • Fluency in English
