Develop production objectives align to plant long-term direction, Sets overall policies and procedures to ensure effective manufacturing, quality control, cost control and service operations, etc.

Manage plant operations and schedules to ensure the most effective use of personnel, materials, equipment, and other company resources.

Optimize business objectives comprised of meeting or exceeding customer expectations, profit plan, and continuous improvement efforts.

Oversee manufacturing of products that meet quality standards and customer delivery dates, while upholding high standards in safety, employee engagement, manager effectiveness, culture and organizational capability.

Manage PLMs’ resources utilizing EBS Tools in establishing ongoing activities as well as projects that drive process improvements supporting the manufacturing environment.

Leads and implements Eaton Business System, OpA process, especially in applying the tools and processes of Eaton Business System such as Eaton quality system, Pro-launch, Eaton Lean Systems, Six-Sigma, and etc. to deliver the business results.

Develop future managers within organization, focus on PLMs, professionals and front-line leaders. Establish stronger manufacturing capability.

Push safety work, improve people safety awareness and equipment safety standard. Avoid injury on work site.

Lead and drive the continuous improvement projects to establish the CI and lean manufacturing culture.


University degree in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering.10 year + experience as production supervisor or manager in automotive industry

Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 or VDA Quality System, EBS, OpA

Good general business/general knowledge of manufacturing management in manufacturing capabilities, processes, quality, localization, maintenance and etc.

Knowledge of product costing, manufacturing standards development, use and application of state-of-the-art tooling systems, flexible and conventional gaging practices and procedures, and advanced computer systems and experience.

Administrative knowledge for strategic and profit planning: financial procedures, capital project analysis, labor relations, and etc.

Good English and Chinese communication skills, both written and oral

Experience and ability in managing, training and developing personnel to prepare them for advancement

High personal integrity and strong commitment of ethical behavior.
