Eaton Corporation Inside Sales/Office Manager in Houston, Texas
Eaton’s Power Quality division is currently seeking an Inside Sales/Office Manager to join our team. This position will be based at our Houston, Texas facility.

The Inside Sales/Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing all inside sales and operations functions for the Hazardous Area Communications (HAC) team in the Americas region, including but not limited to customer service, quoting, order entry, shipping/receiving, returns, light assembly, repair cell and technical support. This position is responsible for coordinating all Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) items and building issues for the HAC Houston site. In this role, you will manage all order entry functions to ensure HAC Americas orders are reviewed and correctly recorded into the SAP system. Additionally, you will lead a team of three inside sales personnel and one field service technician.

You will manage all inside quoting functions and EHS items for HAC in the Americas
You will manage the HAC Americas warehouse shipping and receiving functions
You will manage the operation of the XB15 assembly cell and Hernis/Oxalis camera repair cell
You will perform technical support for the MEDC line in the Americas region
You will coordinate communication with overseas plants to manage customer service for the HAC Americas region
You will processes new accounts, credits and returns for the HAC Americas region
You will be responsible to build relationships with various groups including key customers, leaders at other Eaton sites which support the HAC Americas business, and key vendors such as DCT building management.

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Institution
Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of Houston, Texas will be considered.
