Eaton Corporation Service Administrator in Hong Kong Tebiexingzhengqu, China

  • Coordinate with other department (finance, logistic and local service team) to ensure the smoothness of service team operation.

    • Assist Engineer to prepare and submit monthly maintenance report to clients.

    • Implement the established SAP work process and responsibility.

    • Liaise with client for financial issues such as invoicing, payment settlement coordination, etc.

    • Keep and maintain equipment installed base record, maintenance record.

    • Arrange and implementation of Equipment RMA process.

Qualifications- 1-2 year experience related to operation work

  • Proficiency in spoken Mandarin and English

  • Basic knowledge of Data Centre operation especially for power products.

  • Working Experience in UPS factory would be a surplus.
