Eaton Corporation Plant Finance Controller in Henan Sheng, China
Act as a business partner to work close with the plant management team, timely provide value added analysis, financial counsel and make appropriate recommendations to support the company’s strategic direction and operational decision making process. And organization on product costing, cost & expenses management, productivity improvement, investment decisions, transfer pricing etc.
Assuring existence and competency of financial systems and standardized procedures to comply with US GAAP and Eaton corporate policies to ensure the integrity of both US financial reporting and local statutory local reporting
Plays an active role in the strategic and profit planning processes and is expected to provide accurate and meaningful financial information to all members of the management team in order to ensure the organization achieve its financial objectives.
Build strong finance organizational capability with a high performing organization in the plant
Plant process review and control to meet internal control requirement.
To corporate with other function and ensure healthy working capital and cash flow.
Interface with external auditors to ensure that all statutory requirements are met and those tax returns are filed in accordance with applicable laws and statutes.
Monitor inventory control and accuracy, take lead for cycle count and annual PI in the plant.
Assist Operation management by providing operation analysis report, taking project leader and other supporting job assigned by plant manager
Business contract review and risk control
Legal and real estate affairs
Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance. CPA or MBA is a plus.
Experiences in US GAAP and master the PRC GAAP. Knowledge of China Tax and local tax regulation.
Minimum 8 years of all-round accounting and cost accounting experience, gained in the manufacturing sector of multi-national companies, and at least 5 years in the supervisory position.
Fluent in English communication.
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and strong written and presentation skills.
