  • Define system and hardware spec as technical leader

  • Lead hardware debug, analyzes and solvs development problems

  • training team member, building strong capability of the team

  • Implement DFSS into project and optimize the process

  • lead to maintain the legacies of the products



  • At least 7 years in power electronic development experience, with BS or MS;

  • Good at power electronic and topology design, understand main topology analysis skill

  • Good communication skills in English

  • With Project and team management experience

  • UPS design experience is preferred
