Eaton Corporation Key Account Manager-OEM in Guangdong Sheng, China

A. Service and maintain current OEM key accounts and work with global key account team to provide local support.

B. Identify and develop key OEM accounts to grow the market share in China

C. Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategy to achieve business objectives in line with corporate and regional strategies

D. Conduct regular sales performance reviews with key OEM accounts

E. Develop and implement plans with the OEM accounts to increase market-share and profitability of products and services

F. Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategy to achieve business objectives in line with corporate and regional strategies

G. Build long term relationships with key OEM customers to enhance long term business prospects

H. Identify new business opportunities and discuss with R&D, program team to develop new product plans

I. Work with finance and higher management on feasibility of new product development

J. Aggressively drive new product penetration into OEM accounts

K. Analyse the market and provide market intelligence to the management on a regular basis

L. Conduct quarterly and annual business review with all OEM accounts to monitor progress and make adjustments to short term to long term plans

M. Maintain a cooperative working relationship with all other Eaton departments, focusing on providing a high level of customer satisfaction both internally and externally

N. Provide thought leadership and driving expert business knowledge of OEM accounts’ organization and how that translates relevancy to Eaton’s strategy.

O. Actively monitor and expand ‘share of wallet’ of OEM accounts

Qualifications1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferable in Engineering or Science

  1. 10 years of sales experience, focus on key account management

  2. 5 years sales experience in OEM business

  3. Strong Communication Skill
