Eaton Corporation HR Supervisor in Guangdong Sheng, China

  • Conducts long term and short term HC planning / people cost budget proposal for new goal setting and strategic plan and monthly rolling forecast.

  • Plans and launches Merit Planning, VPP, Hourly Bonus.

  • Proposes or analyzes C&B related project and action, launches mini-survey to know market salary data.

  • Implements APEX process and hourly performance evaluation process.

  • Controls OT hours to comply with cost reduction and customer requirement.

  • Maintains employees database and Org-chart.

  • Manages attendance and PTL.

  • Promotes E-Star.

  • Proposes and implements BA2 local Award.

Supports Organization Capacity Assessment process and other programs.Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in a human resources generalist position, at least 3 years of performing HR supervisor duties experience.

  • Full range of developed HR competencies in compensation/benefits, performance evaluation, organizational development, recruiting and selection, employee relations and compliance is required.

  • Superior communication and team leadership skills are essential. Ability to drive results by developing and empowering individuals and teams

  • Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.

  • Fluent spoken and written English skills.
