Eaton Corporation HR Supervisor in Guangdong Sheng, China

  • Support DPQ HR manager on daily HR functions’ maintenance and improvement.

  • Initiate, plan, develop and modify HR programs. Work closely with other HR peers to determine the effectiveness of current HR programs, policies and procedures and recommends revisions accordingly.

  • Monitor and work with relevant departments to support an effective headcount growth within profit plan to ensure timely people pipeline for the business growth.

  • Design improvement projects, programs or HR activities to address identified customer needs

  • Be responsible for supporting relevant department managers on people relative issues including: discipline process, termination process, performance evaluation, etc. by providing customized suggestion, consulting and necessary coaching to ensure the effective department people management.

  • Keep regular communication with staff of different level to keep updated with the business situation and maintain good partnership with the business;

  • Initiate HR functional business improvement projects.

  • Facilitate HR team junior member on HR skill enhancement by guiding, knowledge sharing and leading junior members practicing in improvement projects.

  • Support to achieve good Employee Relations with high engagement in DPQ organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree

  • At least 7 years HR experience in multinational companies. Experience in C&B and HR support to commercial organization is preferred

  • Be good at both oral and written English.

  • Good business awareness, open minded, excellent communication skill.

  • Good data analysis capability, skillful in Excel.
