Eaton Corporation ER&Training Specialist in Guangdong Sheng, China
•Assist ER&Training Supervisor to make sure E/R and T&D activities run smoothly to support Eaton and company goal , to enhance employees’ engagement.
•Follow up the ER&Health Plan, Training Plan, Communication plan activities are implemented on time..
1.Identifying ER/Health activities needs and assist to work out the plan
2.Based on group’s communication format, update DWDE annual communication plan
3.Implement ER/Health, Communication plans and make sure 100% on time accomplishment
4.Follow up E-Star status and budget’s control
5.Organize employee leave interview to weekly report the turnover reasons
6.Finalizes and complete the annual employee satisfaction survey.
7.Follow up the round tables every month and follows up the suggestion from employees
- Assist to follows up the T&D plan activities
9.Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications1.Colleague's degree with a minimum of 1+ years of employee relationship or Human resource management related experience in foreign companies.
2.Fluent English a is preferred.
3.Has understanding of labor laws
4.Good communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.
6.Good at computer skill with office soft, special at Power-point
