Eaton Corporation Benchmarking Manager in Guangdong Sheng, China


Collects, analyses, integrates all regional marketing requirement


Leads benchmarking process, and generate benchmarking plan


Analyses competitors, conducts benchmark activities


Update competitor development trends, product analysis, tear down study report, share learnings with team at quarterly based


Tracks technology trend in industry


Communicates and aligns with innovation and platform development roadmap


Leads team to execute benchmarking analysis, including competitor’s development directional information, product analysis, tear down study result


Sharing learning and findings with business team, to support portfolio development plan


Support benchmarking study for full product portfolio, not limit on UPS but also Lithium solution products, energy storage, IoT development and ePDU whitespace products etc.


  • Bachelor’s or above degree in Electronic / Electrical Engineering

  • Over 5 years power electronic product development experience is plus

  • Product management skill is preferred

  • Familiar with power electrical and electronic knowledge, product, system, circuit design

  • Familiar with product development process, and platform planning process

  • Knows major players in industry, and technology trend in the power electronic field

  • Skillful English speaking and writing

  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative style

  • Strong ownership, Work positively, will challenge difficulty

  • Customer focus, capability of deal with uncertainty
