Eaton Corporation Plant Controller in Glenolden, Pennsylvania
Eaton’s Aerospace division is currently seeking a Plant Controller to join our team. This position is based at our Glenolden, PA facility.
A key member of the plant leadership team and business unit/division finance team. The position reports directly to the Aerospace Fluid & Electrical Distribution Division Finance Director and functionally to the Glenolden Plant Manager. This role is instrumental to manage financial performance of the Glenolden Plant business including analysis of forecasts and actual performance, business drivers, and operational metrics.

You will provides technical competency to ensure compliance with corporate financial policies, legal requirements and GAAP.
You will be responsible for business process improvements within the plant, creating and implementing procedures to improve the internal control environment, streamlining efforts and providing increased transparency of financial results.
You will responsible for building organizational capability within the finance function by hiring and developing finance personnel.
You will ensure assets assigned by the corporation are adequately protected and provide operations management with financial guidance necessary to produce the expected return on those assets.

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance accounting from an accredited institution
Minimum five (5) years of professional accounting experience

This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). CPA or CMA
Experience in a manufacturing environment and multinational environment
Strong working knowledge of GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley
