Eaton Corporation Manager, Supply Chain Governance, Risk & Compliance in Galesburg, Michigan
Eaton Corporation is currently seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Governance, Risk & Compliance to join our team.
Our supply chain management team creates bottom-line impact by driving cost management and operational benefits. Within our supply chain management team, the Manager, Supply Chain Governance, Risk & Compliance position is responsible for the management of Eaton enterprise wide supply chain risk, supplier performance and supply chain compliance programs.
In this role you will:
Update and create supply chain functional governance policies and monitor compliance towards those policies
Manage the supplier performance processes, including production of monthly supplier scorecards
Identify and monitor supply chain risks associated with specific suppliers using a portfolio of relevant tools
Ensure conformance for the supplier add process with internal Eaton and regulatory requirements
Provide leadership for the supplier code of conduct / supply chain doing business right initiative
Manage third party screening process for supply chain, global trade management and ethics
Benchmark, identify, propose and implement new approaches and solutions to significantly improve the management processes covering the areas of supplier performance, supplier relationship management and supplier risk management
Implement and manage supplier communication processes and protocols to efficiently solicit suppliers on matters relating to risk and compliance.
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
Minimum of 5 years’ professional work experience in Supply Chain Management
Minimum of 10 years’ professional work experience
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
No relocation offered; prefer candidate be located at Eaton Corporate Center in Beachwood, OH; however, must reside within 50 miles of a Corporate Headquarters location
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Supply chain from an accredited institution
Masters degree in Business or Supply Chain Management from an accredited institution
Minimum of 5 year’s professional work experience in Supply Chain Management at a manufacturing site
Knowledge and experience of deploying a risk management process
Demonstrated project management skills
Ability to work effectively globally and in a matrix environment
Strong doing business right ethos
Change management and project management skills
A demonstrated aptitude, interest and desire in continuous improvement
Strong influencing skills, interpersonal and communication, able to interact effectively with employees at all levels, both at corporate and within business.
Excellent networking capability
Ability to self-manage, prioritize, multi-task to resolve issues and requests for analysis or information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, data analysis and document drafting and editing
