Eaton Corporation Fabricator Operator (2nd Shift) in Fayetteville, North Carolina
Eaton’s Electrical Power Distribution Controls Assembly Division is currently seeking a Fabrication Operator to work 2nd shift. This position is based at our Fayetteville, NC facility.
The Fabrication Operator will perform fabrication work on a repetitive and/or non-repetitive basis such as drill, tap, sand, rivet, grind, spot weld, shear, apply powder paint, solder, operate punch presses, iron worker, stab welder, load/unload paint line, assist in upkeep / maintenance of equipment, etc.

Assist other operators in their work as directed / required.
Use drawings and blueprints to complete work.
Troubleshoot equipment as needed.
Use precision-measuring equipment such as: calipers, tape measures, micrometers, etc.
Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, hammers, wrenches, drills, grinders, portable bandsaws, files, power hand tools, drill presses, air-driven hand tools, etc.
Ensure safe work environment – Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution is required
Legally authorized to work in the US on an on-going basis without company sponsorship
No relocation is provided for this position, only candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of the Fayetteville, NC facility will be considered
