Eaton Corporation Senior Customer Support Representative in Euclid, Ohio
Eaton’s Fluid and Motion Control Systems division is currently seeking a Senior Customer Support Representative to join our team. This position is based at our Euclid, OH facility.
The Senior Customer Support Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships with focus on growth opportunities and up-selling products as an extension of the sales force. In this role, you will manage performance against customer requirements in accordance with contract obligations, terms and conditions.

You will provide continuous feedback to the customer on order status throughout the production cycle by providing proactive communication with the customer in anticipation of customers’ needs
You will ensure orders are entered into the ERP system and/or other support databases checking for alignment and accuracy of demand plan for assigned customers within the SIOP process
You will support customer’s supplier web-based purchasing systems’ requirements are being fulfilled
You will coordinate the internal activities of all departments involved in achieving customer commitments, issue resolution by achieving a mutually acceptable solution between Eaton and the customer, and represent Eaton in delivering plant recovery plans
You will manage Customer Metrics/Customer Complaint Process and keeps customer database updated with all activities and maintains all records for account responsibility
You will assess market channel delivery options
You will support negotiation of contract pricing, delivery, administrative requirements and conditions ensuring compliance with Eaton’s policies, terms and conditions from proposal through shipment

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
Minimum of two (2) years of customer interfacing and/or support experience
Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Only candidates currently located within a 50 mile radius of Euclid, OH, will be considered.
This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Experience in the Aerospace product knowledge
Prior experience working in a professional role in a manufacturing environment
Proficient in Excel, MS Outlook, Qlikview, PowerPoint, MRP Systems (e.g., MFGPro, SIEBEL)
Prior experience in forecasting, leadership skills/experience
Experience utilizing SAP and/or Oracle based software platforms
