Eaton’s Aerospace Division is currently seeking a High Performance Work Team Leader – Manufacturing Leader to join our team. This position is based at our Euclid, Ohio facility.

You will champion a culture change through the framework of High Performance Work Teams (HPWTs).
You will achieve certification in 5s, VSM, Standard work, and also possess a thorough knowledge of FAA, EASA, CAAC regulations.
Drive continuous improvement through the use of the Eaton Business System (EBS), Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF), High Performance Work Teams (HPWTs).
You will achieve key business metrics including Total Recordable Case Rate (TRCR), Turn Around Time (TAT), On-Time Delivery (OTD), Production efficiency, and Customer Satisfaction.
You will train and develop team members to be productive and efficient. Provide oversight and coaching to all team members.
You will empower employees, provide resources and remove barriers for development.
You will achieve MRO sales and margin profit plan goals. Ensure Customer satisfaction through timely and accurate feedback.

Preferred (Basic) Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing or Operations.
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
Previous Aerospace Repair Station experience (ex. FAA, EASA, CAAC).
Assembly and test experience.
Direct customer interface experience.
Experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Position Success Criteria:
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Process Variation Reduction (Six Sigma) concepts.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership, coaching and influence management skills.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products.
