Eaton Corporation Warehouse Supervisor in El Paso, Texas
Eaton’s CDPA Division of Eaton’s Electrical Systems and Services Group is currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor. This position is based at our El Paso, Texas facility.
This is a unique opportunity to lead the effort to build a new operation as production in El Paso gets started.
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for creating a setting in which employees become involved, responsible and self-motivated. This role will be responsible for providing training, continuous improvement, and quality products and services. Administers organization policies and supports plant objectives. Drives the processes in department through the Eaton Business systems. Assists plant leadership team in the development of processes to achieve a zero incident culture, maximize output, maintain inventory, and reduce overall costs and through these improvements exceed the customer’s expectations. Making sure that the organization decisions making is based on a process oriented culture – to ensure the linkage from strategy to actions.

You will coordinate incoming raw materials from external vendors
You will assure and accurate receiving process both physically and within the ERP systems
You will reconcile customs information against incoming invoices
You will manage documentation flow with accounts payable to assure payment deadlines are achieved
You will work closely with the quality department to ensure incoming parts have zero defects
You will provide quality customer service to production stake holders and ensure a material flow that is aligned with production needs
You will lead and develop Inventory Control Department; establish goals, objectives and deadlines
You will maintain an inventory accuracy rate of at least 98% both physically and with the ERP systems
You will ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of store physical inventories
You will oversee and coordinate inventory counts and yearly inventory audits.
You will own cycle count process and comply with daily cycle count schedule
You will manage and develop warehouse staff
You will develop and implement standardized shipping process to ensure on-time shipments as per customer specifications
You will ensure compliance with all safety and security policies within the warehouse
You will review supply chain issues; work with the other functional areas toward resolution and process improvement
You will perform other tasks as required

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain
Candidates must be legally authorized to work within the United States without company sponsorship
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or supply chain related field
Experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives
2 years of experience managing a team
Bilingual in English/Spanish
5 years of experience in supply chain in a manufacturing operation
Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
