Eaton Corporation Product Sales Engineer in Cleveland, Tennessee
Eaton is seeking a Product Sales Engineer and for its Electrical Systems and Services Commercial Distribution and Assembly Products Group. The Product Sales Engineer position will be located in Cleveland, TN.

You will support Product Managers in development and implementation of marketing plans for core Safety Switch products, as well as Pringle, Rotary, FDP, and Enclosed Breakers.
You will review competitor’s products, pricing and strategies.
You will develop and implement market share growth programs in identified target markets.
You will develop and implement price growth strategies and communicate/implement effectively with NAS and C-PRO.
You will develop and report out monthly key metrics and product line performance (price, growth, new product sales) and identify gaps and needed action items.
You will manage the product registration process in Vista/Product Data Hub.
You will support development of product line Strategic Plan, Profit Plan and Product Roadmap.
You will support Flex Center sales growth.
You will provide negotiation support for Pringle products.
You will interface with engineering to develop knowledge of codes and standards (UL, CSA, etc), and support changes necessary for product compliance.
You will interact w/ Engineering and Manufacturing to develop new products and expand existing product offering.
You will facilitate the development and updating of product information and configuration in BidManager.
You will support the analysis and fact based decision making utilizing proprietary tools such as Mentor, Qlikview, Vista.
You will assist in the development of product marketing and technical data.
You will support Marketing Communications programs to develop and update catalogs, literature and promotions.
You will support the development and delivery of product/marketing training for product line.

Bachelor's Degree with focus in Engineering or Business
3-5 years of Engineering Experience
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Proficiency in Software: Bidmanager, Vista, Microsoft Office
Experience in selling to electrical distribution and electrical contractors
Familiar with Eaton’s support structure (CPRO, TRC, etc.)
Experience with Eaton’s other distribution products
Experience with Eaton’s safety switch product
