Eaton Corporation Sr Sales Representative - Argentina in Buenos Aires, Argentina

We are looking for a Sr Sales Representative in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

He/She will be responsible for:

  • Achieve and increase sales targets in the assigned segment/accounts.

  • Develop new customers ( Panel Builders, Distributors, Integrators, etc) and increase market share.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction regarding products and service.

  • Manage relationship with potential and existing customers.

  • Monitor competence actions and strategies inside customers.

  • Knowledge of market trends (Electrical Components), in order to improve Eaton products positioning inside customers.

  • Drive sales according to inventory levels and targeted DOH.

  • Keep CRM reporting up to date.

Qualifications

Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in electrical or electronic Engineering or related fields.

  • Experience in the Mid and low Voltage Assemblies field will be considered as well.

  • Intermediate English skills both reading and writing.

  • Technical and commercial background in PD Products and related applications in the assigned market segments.

  • Experience in field Sales activities preferable within power distribution industries.

  • Demonstrated ability to technically sell electrical products and power quality solutions package.

  • Knowledge of service processes and procedures.

  • Strong negotiation skills.

  • High capacity to maintain focus and self-management.

  • Travel up to 25%.
