As the Aftermarket Product Sales Manager , you will conduct market assessments, monitoring, and analysis to develop and manage a high quality portfolio of aftermarket opportunities that support the facility’s intake and sales goals. Additionally, you will develop and execute an aftermarket marketing strategy for EMEA, which includes the growth of surplus parts trading. You will also actively direct and support the Division and Aftermarket Sales Managers in securing new aftermarket business aligned with FMC’s strategic and portfolio objectives.
Your key deliverables :
Interfacing with Sales/Marketing, Customer Service, Engineering, Supplier Chain, Finance, Operations, and Distribution teams to meet the present and future needs of the aftermarket to ensure resources are aligned with aftermarket requirements and growth goals
Monitoring key customer, aircraft platform and part number buying indicators including MRO budgets and future system upgrade plans
Working closely with the EMEA Aftermarket Sales team, customers in the region and FMC facilities
Managing the new opportunity pipeline for the Bedhampton facility
Leading ProLaunch teams through Phase 0 and 1 and participating throughout the balance of aftermarket NPD projects
Coordinating and directing the FMC and extended aftermarket organization
Providing accurate and timely market and competitive intelligence, including pricing and competitive standing
Developing sales support materials, promotion, and training for global campaigns on targeted aftermarket programs
Developing and maintaining Aftermarket pricing strategies
Working with the Manager, Strategic Sourcing & Global Trading to grow the parts trading business in EMEA
Do you have?
Previous relevant experience in a similar role
Market and customer analytics skills
Knowledge of fundamental marketing concepts and strategies
Strong communication skills
· Proven experience within Aerospace industry
· MBA or Advance Degree
