Eaton Corporation Warehouse Supervisor - 1st Shift in Aurora, Colorado
Eaton is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor – 1st Shift to support our Lighting Division in Aurora, CO.
The Inventory Control Supervisor will provide leadership and direction for the Inventory Control process within the Warehouse in the Aurora, Colorado facility. The supervisor will be directly responsible for Cycle Count Employees. The Inventory Control Supervisor will be responsible for performance with respect to safety, quality, inventory adjustments, and facilitating the Cycle Count Program. The Supervisor must work cooperatively with other functional leaders and managers to optimize the Warehouse processes in effort to exceed the needs of the customer. To do that, continuous improvement efforts and projects are a high priority and will demand up to 40-50% of this supervisor’s time.

You will establish and support a proactive safety culture of zero incidents while promoting and ensuring the completion of safety trainings and programs
You will manage the Cycle Count Program
You will manage inventory personnel to be successful to meet site goals
You will maintain and improve parts location accuracy
You will reduce inventory system adjustments utilizing root cause analysis and corrective actions
You will implement changes and/or programs to ensure the accuracy of the inventory using the ADKAR change management techniques
You will foster an environment that promotes Eaton’s goals, philosophies, values, and encourages continuous improvements to all parts of the business where possible.

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
Minimum 1 year experience in a Supply Chain environment is required.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without company sponsorship.
No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within the immediate geographical area of Aurora, CO will be considered.
1+ years of management of people
3+ years in a supply chain role
Green Belt Certification
Engineering or Supply chain degree
Inventory management skills
Strong Microsoft Excel skill
Experience with structured problem solving and continuous improvement
Experience with SAP
